How long does the pre-employment exam take?

The exam itself takes from one hour to several hours depending on the case. Negative results take 24 to 48 hours, and some special cases may need additional time.

What does the pre-employment medical fitness exam include?

Height, weight, blood pressure and vision, then a clinical examination of eight body systems: general condition, head and neck, ear, nose and throat, heart, lungs, abdomen, limbs and nervous system, then urine test, stool test, complete blood count, syphilis test, chest X-ray, ECG and a pregnancy test for women.

Is the drug test mandatory?

It depends on the organization or the job. We offer the approved toxicology test, performed at a dedicated CDS center inside the polyclinic.

Where is the toxicology test done?

At a dedicated CDS center inside Medical World Polyclinic — Al-Taawun Branch, and it takes 15 to 30 minutes.

Who sees the exam result?

Results are reviewed by a medical specialist and then approved by the Medical Director. If there is a finding in the blood tests, urine tests or toxicology report, only the organization is informed, and no third party has access to it.

We have a large number of candidates — how do we start?

The organization sends a request by email for each candidate, including their name, ID number, nationality and mobile number, and our call center contacts the candidate and arranges the appointment. We sign an annual contract and issue a tax invoice.

What are the working hours?

Saturday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

Is the exam available to individuals or only to organizations?

Both. Individuals can come in for the medical fitness exam, and we also serve organizations with annual contracts.
